Meet Stephanie

With over 25 years in HR as a strategic partner with leadership, Stephanie now works with organizations to support leaders at all levels to strengthen their leadership skills, develop high performing teams and create greater results. 

Throughout her career, Stephanie has been a trusted advisor, ally and coach with CEO’s and their leadership teams. Her experience includes change, talent and culture initiatives, managing mergers and acquisitions while linking talent development practices directly to business goals and outcomes. Passionate about health & wellness, she created a Well-Being program that resulted in improved health awareness, well-being, increased morale and productivity. Stephanie served on the board of her Association for Talent Development’s Chapter for five years in VP positions, President for 2 years.  

In 2019 Stephanie began her training and certification with the Co-Active Training Institute. Her coaching clients include VPs, Senior Managers and individuals focused on accessing their full potential, transitioning into new roles, building businesses and achieving goals. In 2022, Stephanie launched The Self-Empowered Leader, LLC and now serves organizations to elevate their leadership effectiveness, retain their talent, and accelerate the success of new leaders.

Stephanie is licensed in Quantum Endeavors Inpowered® Corporate Coach, Quantum Start Onboarding, Leadership Development, Quantum 360® interview-based feedback assessment and Team Coaching which have earned 100% Client-company Re-engagement and 100% Client Growth Assess rates for over 16 years. Her credentials also include Certified International Coach Federation (ACC), Certified Co-Active Professional Coach (CPCC), Organizational Development Certified Professional (ODCP), SHRM-SCP and SPHR.
